Feedback from Anna Nikulina, Operations Director of YASNO
"We initially wanted our event to be very different from the usual HR event. Thanks to AIR lab team we managed to create something very special. We helped HR-ers to relax, to think about their condition and resource, to be surprised, inspired and to take care of themselves at last! I would like to say a special thank you to the AIR lab team for their ability to listen, to be in regular contact and for their attention to the smallest details. We at YASNO really appreciate this professional approach.
OBJECTIVES:
- To help participants switch from work reality and live a special experience.
- Networking in an easy and relaxed atmosphere.
- A new, out-of-the-box experience that will be associated with the brand "YASNO" in the future
DONE:
- 100 participants, in the ratio of 30/70 current clients/potential clients.
- Buffet.
- Participation of regular speakers and YASNO employees.
- Create several locations with different content so that each participant can find something for themselves.
- Create not just a WOW-effect, but a WOOOW-effect with the help of non-standard solutions.
SOLUTION:
Three spaces creating different experiences. Each room has its own paraphernalia, atmosphere and music content. The atmosphere is created by playback actors and YASNO psychotherapists inside the space. They help participants to get acquainted with possible activities and get deeper into the atmosphere. The main accent was the performance of playback theater New Jazz and plastic theater AIR lab, revealing the concept of self-care built on the different experiences of the participants in the room.
Roadmap:
Participants were greeted by hostesses in the lobby. They helped to undress and orient themselves in the space.
Recovery Experience Room #1
Live music, buffet, photo area with encouraging captions and a voting board with the theme, "ASK for the care you need."
Participants were able to relax, get to know each other, listen to music and shift their focus from the workday to self-care.

HALL #2 "Sensory Experience".
With peaceful and meditative music, participants could experience contrasting tactile pleasures by dipping their palms into a vase of rose petals, coffee, boxes of cotton, lentils or just air.

HALL #3 "New Experience"
In this zone there was a small master class from psychologist Alexey Pokotilov, an additional buffet area with fruit, drinks and "gentle" waiters, as well as a place for meditative painting.
Participants could join a master class or be involved in a small-talk using clown techniques. At any time it was possible to approach the easels and, with the help of an instructor, immerse oneself in meditative art practices.

FINAL.
After the end of the locations, everyone was invited to the common room to watch the main performance. Participants told stories on the theme of caring, and artists in the form of playback theater and plastic theater embodied these stories on stage. This created an atmosphere of unity, community and understanding.
